Claims Management Procedures

Saloncover and Claims Services Australia have recently introduced a new dedicated claims hotline to further improve our claims handling procedures.

In addition to our normal claims operating procedures, as outlined below, clients now have the option of lodging direct with CSA.

  • All claims notifications are to be directed to CSA (not via adjusters)

As soon as possible after an event that causes loss, damage or legal liability, you should contact us to report the incident.

We will offer initial advice relating to intended claim, and advise on course of action to take.

We will forward your details and lodge claim with appointed Loss Adjusters, Claims Services Australia . CSA will apoint an experienced claims professional to handle all aspects of your claim with you.
